Red Light On PS3

How out of your PS3 with the most common errors you may experience a brief guide on the type. These errors usually PS3 or yellow light of death on a red light. Now both of these errors are due to an error on the motherboard. Fortunately it is important that your PS3 does not mean completely broken. There is a fairly easy fix.

The first thing to see a cable is loose, and if not, try to restart your console. Then try to pull out all the cables except the power cable, and then add them. Hopefull it thats. But if your work is still not the case, the next step might be.

Unfortunately the CPU and GPU motherboard, the PS3 or yellow light of death on the red light is caused to you need to get in to a repair would have been disconnected on. Do not worry, it is not hard at all.I need no electronics skills it would not be able to if it was complicated.

To separate you strip down to your console and will be working on the motherboard. Phillips and a flathead screwdriver you will need it. Ensure that any fluff and dust in that whilst you are doing this kind of maintenance is a good chance to clean this.Its. You'll know when you motherboard is. Its kind of obvious as it is a big green circuit board. The only one there.

Between circuitry that you are covered in a blue gray paste will see the two square areas. These heat sinks are. You a Isopropyl (that can be found at most computer stores), using alcohol or turpentine need to clean paste. I found that using an alcohol-based wipe the cleaning works.

Once these two completely clean and you get a heat gun to 315 degrees C setting as I put the one I did not use a hair dryer on max settings is needed. You must heat the entire board, back and forth for a couple of minutes, using the heat gun about an inch on the board. About 25 of the heat sink and the surrounding circuitry of a second focus on the piece of heat. There are then heat gun. Hot as a hair dryer on board so that I focused about 10 minutes, and would have roughly a minute circuitry for each individual piece as can be done. It worked for me. Motherboard for 15 minutes when left alone. Do not touch or you will start again.

Process is to repair the part. In the circuitry you solder heating up bad enough so that a repair to be rebuilt on abetter are doing. During the time that the solder has cooled to the setting. If you touch the board during the time it can go wrong again and you will resume.

15 minutes after you heat sink to fresh thermal paste re-applied. The blue, brown stuff you remember clearly? Arctic Silver 5 as you should use a proper thermal paste. Once again you can find this at most computer stores, and it does not cost too much. However, a temporary fix you use toothpaste (yes I said toothpaste) to act as thermal paste can. But I repeat, this is purely a temporary fix. Just smear a small amount more closely similar to heat a credit card or use something small and flat sinks. You should be able to see through almost paste. Do this to both the heat sink.
