Creative Writing and the Internet

I have always been kind of man a pen and paper when it comes to my poetry and sometimes prose. However, it is naive to think that the Internet would not have had a profound impact on writing. In addition, it be unwise to any writer's growth and success as a valuable resource would be to discredit the Internet.

That's right: resistance is futile.

Those of us looking for our response to exposure to writing, we use the Internet to gain something. Blogging and social networking: In this article, I have two most important Internet tool for writers out there will focus on the basics behind. Because so many other valuable uses for the Internet, in future articles I will be focusing on topics such as self-publishing.

Blogging

Blogging has been around for a little while is. Blogging allows you to anyone online that you write your own web space to post and create ideas. Some of the websites around the famous blog Blogger, Tumblr, and WordPress, though many others exist. Blogging is valuable because the authors solicit feedback on your writing you both as well as a blogging community by becoming an active part can have only the following.

My suggestion is simple way to blogging:

1. Join a blog site (Blogger.com, Tumblr.com, WordPress.com, etc.).
2. Design your blog. Just fill out whatever information you view your blog to select a visual template that suits you want to visit as well as means.
3. Interact with other bloggers! Other blogs that interest you and find meaningful comment.
4. Upload your blog on your own writing or ideas and solicit feedback from others. Those who follow you and thank the people who comment on your posts.

Once you get the hang of blogging, you find out how you will start blogging works. That being said, a piece of advice I blogging many, many years may you always be real. Include a discussion it is clear to anyone just trying to promote his or her work is over. Being real is necessary to maintain reliability.

Social Networking

Social networking is a little new to blogging. Most people would agree that there are two giants of social networking: Facebook and Twitter.

Started seven years ago, Facebook has amassed over five hundred million users. Facebook you friends, family, and allows other users to interact with. The potential exposure for their writing offers quite a lot! It currently writing, blog posts, and any other ideas you wish to share the update allows you to post. Other people like "you can post to your Facebook page and can collect enough.

I recommend setting shortcut to a Facebook page:

1. Facebook artist, band, or a public figure under the category of sign. As opposed to a regular Facebook account, the other for your page like "will allow users.
2. Upload a picture of yourself, a short description, and any links to other websites (including hopefully a blog!).
3. Position as well as links to useful and entertaining updates about your writing. I suggest to post an update once a day somewhere between once a week. More than once a day surcharge our customers, but you will not want to post again and again that they forget about you.
4. My blog and any other websites you link to the Facebook page.
5. Conversation! Blogging with the same vein as other users of the Facebook pages and find comments. Again, be genuine and not constantly promote themselves.

You also will want to sign up for Twitter account. Twitter others you short (140 characters or less) allows you to interact with the message. The character limit can be surprisingly enjoyable and often enjoyable quips, quotes, and takes advice. People "follow" each other on Twitter, and his friends notified of updates.
